Yacutingas' team is mainly composed by locals who came to colonize this northern Argentinean area with their parents nearly 30 years ago.
Difficult times obliged them to work with their parents the land in order to produce income.
Due to these circumstances only a few were able to achieve secondary studies.
One of the premises of Yacutingas' Sustainable Project is to offer labor opportunities to locals through adequate training and job guarantees.
